I LOVE chocolate chip cookies!! They are my very favorite dessert to make. And I know you guys will LOVE this recipe!! It is seriously so easy, and it's hard to believe they are good for you! You just put everything in the food processor and go! Who knew that was possible for a chocolate chip cookie recipe? I can make them super quick and get them in the oven before my baby boy wants to nurse again. And that's not easy lol! I hope they become a family favorite for you like they have for us! <3
2 Cups Almond Flour
8 Tbsp Grass-fed Butter (1 stick)
1/3 - ½ Cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup depending on taste (We use a little less than a ½ Cup); (Can use Coconut Nectar or honey)
½ Tsp Baking Soda
½ Tsp Sea Salt
Pinch Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
½ - 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (We use half Dark and half semi-sweet chocolate chips and the Enjoy Life and Lily’s brand)
Directions:
Cut cold butter in cubes and place all ingredients in a food processor (except the chocolate chips) and blend till smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy with a cold glass of almond milk or raw grass-fed
milk!! :)
